Richard is a Partner of Zolfo Cooper in the Cayman Islands.

Experience:

Richard has specialised in insolvency for over 20 years' and has had experience of dealing with every kind of corporate and personal insolvency in the United Kingdom as well as conducting and managing business reviews, trading of businesses and business reorganisations. He is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (UK), a fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association (UK), a Certified Fraud Examiner (US) and a fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (UK).

Richard currently acts as sole or joint liquidator to a number of companies, including banks, mutual funds and company management companies. He has been appointed as Controller and Liquidator to banks by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, Officer of the court of Ontario, Canada, and as a liquidator by the Financial Services Commission in BVI. Richard has been a partner of Zolfo Cooper in the Cayman Islands and its predecessor firms since 2004.
