Experience:
Eleanor is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and an accredited mediator. She began her career in corporate recovery and restructuring over 13 years ago, relocating to the Cayman Islands in 2002.
Eleanor has worked on a large number of corporate restructuring projects and insolvencies in the Cayman Islands, the UK and Europe. She has managed numerous liquidations, controllerships and advisory appointments of Cayman Islands regulated entities.

- Joint official liquidator of the offshore Rye funds that were exposed to the Madoff fraud
- Joint provisional liquidator of a stalled property development
- Dealt with the realisation of distressed and illiquid assets of investment funds exposed to fraud
- Assessed the valuation of complex derivative financial instruments to enable the adjudication of investor claims in an insolvent investment fund
